The KCA is open to all Canadians and their families in or near Kansai, and to those who have lived in the area but who now reside elsewhere. 

Non-Canadians who have lived, worked or studied in Canada or whose business involves investment in, or trade with Canada, and any friends of Canada are warmly invited.
